The successful candidate will join our project team deploying a new, company wide time and attendance system. This position will be heavily engaged in system configuration testing to ensure compliance with pay policies and practices of approximately 75 plants and 300 supporting distribution branches located throughout the US. Each of the plants and related branches have location specific requirements that are defined in the system. Each of the specific requirement require unit and system testing to ensure work and non-worked compensable hours are properly configured to ensure proper payment of employee wages.


The candidate will also be engaged in deployment support activities such as communication with plant/branch managers and supervisors. Following established procedures and timetables, electronic communications and Computer Based Training assignments are sent in timely fashion to the appropriate management employees.


This is a project assignment and the position will phase out near the end of 2018.



  • Engagement in Testing of ADP Time & Attendance (eTime) rules and configuration
  • Responsible for data validation and integrity audits in ADP Time & Attendance and the ADP v5 master data.
  • Communication with field HR Business Partners related to the deployment of the ADP Time & Attendance system and the reporting relationships within the HR Business Partners’ span of responsibility
  • May engage in leading Web Based Training classes in support of the deployment of the ADP Time & Attendance System





  • Time & Attendance system configuration and maintenance
  • Knowledge of unit and system testing protocols
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience building unit and system test scripts
  • System training experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
