    The Compensation Analyst provides varied analyses in support of the Company’s compensation programs, policies and procedures and in support of the Company’s total rewards and business objectives.


    • Administers and assists with development and implementation of compensation programs and/or segments of programs in support of Total Rewards objectives.  Examples include, but are not limited to, reward and recognition programs, severance, annual compensation planning cycles, incentive compensation management, and compliance.
    • Participates in market surveys and custom benchmarking studies.  Analyzes results and trends to develop insights and ensure compensation offerings are competitive.
    • Market prices jobs and conducts job evaluations.
    • Maintains and recommends enhancements to compensation architecture, including job classification systems, job codes, job description libraries, and pay structures.
    • Builds analytical and support tools to enable team effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of compensation program communications.
    • Ensures compliance to Total Rewards policies and procedures and to applicable laws and regulations


    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • CCP designation or progress toward CCP preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of state & federal laws that apply to compensation.
    • Knowledge of compensation practices, principles, and program administration.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, presentations) to various audiences.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work, work independently, and make sound and defensible decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and with HR systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formula auditing, conditional formatting, etc).
