The IT Risk, Process & Compliance Manager (Manager) supports the Senior Manager, IT Risk, Process & Compliance (Sr. Manager) in the evaluation of the infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and assists in the establishment of processes and controls to mitigate loss. The Manager is also responsible for the oversight of a staff of IT Risk, Process & Compliance analysts responsible for auditing information systems, platforms, and operating procedures. In addition, supports management in determining recommendations for improvement in the risk management procedures and controls, development of information systems auditing procedures, and training of staff on compliance guidelines.  

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Sr. Manager with audit and compliance activities including planning, execution and reporting.
• Maintain, monitor, and support Compliance Tools such as ACL.
• Advise and collaborate on process and control enhancements across the IT and Business teams.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives to bring pro-active risk management, process and controls focus into solutions.
• Participate in the growth and development of IT Risk, Process & Compliance Team members.

Accountability

The Manger reports to the Senior Manager and is accountable to support the effective and efficient operation of the IT control environment.

Key Performance Measures

Success in this role will be measured through the effective and efficient operation of the IT controls as evidenced through Compliance monitoring procedures and annual financial statement audit results.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in I.S., Computer Science or Business is required.
• A post graduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7  years' related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Skill in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).
