    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join an innovative and collaborative team, supporting corporate functions. This position is 100% remote, working from home.  You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting including the sourcing and development of candidate pipelines, candidate assessment and presentation, negotiation of the offer and successfully filling positions with tough to find talent.

    Designs, leads and executes innovative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes to align with current and future workforce needs. This position partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the broader Talent Management function to ensure a collaborative approach to talent planning, recruitment and selection.

    Designs, leads and executes innovative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes to align with current and future workforce needs. This position partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the broader Talent Management function to ensure a collaborative approach to talent planning, recruitment and selection. 

     

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or related field preferred.
    • HR Certification preferred
    • Proven record of building and managing relationships with internal and external customers including business partners, users, vendors, project teams and management leaders demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and discretion.
    • Deep Talent Acquisition best practice expertise, broad organizational knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems, legislative regulations and labor market trends.
    • Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature, while still ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.
    • Accomplished written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate and deal with all levels in the organization in a clear, timely and effective manner.
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
    • Strong technical and systems aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Customer-focused with ability to positively champion Dean Foods Company and the TA organization internally and externally; Dean Foods brand champion
    • Resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure.
    • Passionate about Talent Acquisition.
    • Relevant recruiting experience (specialist and/or senior level hiring) preferably gained within a large organization.
    • Experience using a hiring applicant tracking system.
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
    • Deep sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.
    • Previous HR Generalist and/or experience in other aspects of Talent Management a plus. 
    • Possess continuous improvement mindset; continually seeks out new ways to do things and generate efficiencies.
    • Familiar with CPG industry, associations and schools that may yield talent.
    • A high level of professional integrity, confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity.
