The Group Human Resources Director (HRD) serves as an HR Strategic Business Partner and Change Management Agent. The HRD drives and implements HR initiatives and projects to completion within their assigned Group. All of their efforts lead toward increased organizational effectiveness by building the capability of the workforce and both the HR Team and all other functional teams in the Group. He/she leads strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business results and appropriate HR Metrics. The position provides support and guidance to the VPHR, and to local Teams in their efforts to build people capabilities that support the Group’s business agenda. This guidance will be in large part driven by business knowledge, analytical reasoning, analysis and experience gained through professional exposure.
